Dear Mr. Hollan, Thank you for having a wonderful chef, Antonio “Tony” Navarro. Tony always has a smile for my traveling companion, Morris Turner, and me and makes us feel like royalty. The first night we arrived, it was very late, probably 11:00 PM or after, but Tony had fixed a special meal for all of us late arrivals. The meal was what I call “comfort food.” It was a half chicken with a potato creamed dish that was perfect. We felt starved and this meal was completely satisfying and allowed us to have a delightful night’s sleep. Every evening Tony came to us and mentioned a couple of meals, invited us to tell him our choice and it was always prepared just right. During the meal, Tony would always come to our table and ask how we liked the food. Tony’s courtesy makes us feel happy to be here, and his variety of menus makes us happy also.
