Bite got hot yesterday in shallow water! Boats reporting 50+ fish with some great quality most in the 4-8lb range with 9’s and one over 10 reported yesterday.
Most fish are coming in 10 ft or less with hot baits being big cranks, watermelon jigs, 7” senkos, and the underspin/swimbait combo
The mornings have been cool, and the fish are up shallow. With the expected clouds this afternoon, we are expecting more fish on top.

The bite has shifted over the last few days, going back and forth between cranks and jigs in deeper water, to senkos and topwater in the shallows. But, the big fish are always present in Baccarac!

The fluke and Crank bite is back on! Fish are eating white mag flukes up tight on 3/8 Hogfarmer Hogwobbler Scrounger heads.
We are also seeing good fish taken shallow with shallow running cranks

Another day another giant! 12lber ate a senko off the bottom ?
The bite is still the same with poppers dominating the mornings and senkos and cranks in the afternoons. Boats are still reporting good numbers with the size jumping back up as well.
